Ingredients
- Tomatoes
- Shitake mushrooms
- Habanero pepper
- Onions
- Spinach
- Fish
- Salt
- Ginger
- Olive oil
- Crayfish
- Seasonings (optional)
Chop everything up and put them all at once into the pot. Add the fish, oil and salt and cover the pot. You could wait to add the spinach last, so as not to overcook it, but the originator of this recipe didn't. That's why i said it's idiot proof. Chop and dump and come out with something tasty.
Maybe i should call it emergency soup/stew?
It actually tastes like pepper soup kinda. It has a unique flavor.
ha! Not bad
ReplyDeletenot bad...yah to emergency soup
ReplyDeleteI guess this would be emergency soup? He's trying to get as many nutrients in there as possible. I'm happy to see the mushrooms providing protein.

Ok, you know there must be one idiot who still won't get it lol...so my idiot question is, do you add any water or broth in there? If not, how does it get liquidy/soupy like the last pic?
ReplyDeleteLol....no dear, not even a drop of water or broth. The liquid comes from d tomatoes, mostly. It really is chop up ingredients, dump it in d pot, add salt (and other spices if u like) and cover the pot. Seriously, it's that easy.
DeleteThanks! I tried it last night (give or take a few ingredients) and it actually came out pretty well!!
